Users can place orders through our Android app and receive water cans/bottles delivered to their location.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing an order.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are accepted through the Vishuddha Water Android app.

Prices may vary based on location or promotional offers.

Payments can be made online or by cash on delivery (as available).

Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled based on delivery availability or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery

We deliver across selected areas in Hyderabad.

Delivery time may vary depending on demand, traffic, and availability.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the user, re-delivery charges may apply.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our internal refund policy.

Cancellations are allowed before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Prohibited Activities

Misuse or abuse the app or its services.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the app.
